2,550 smoke-free days as of today.  $11,434 saved (that's when they were 3 something a pack!) Credit this site for helping me immeasurably.  Also used Chantix and had manageable side-effects after doctor recommended cutting dosage in half.  Used acronym NOPE (not one puff ever) to fight off urges, because I knew that, after a few previous attempts to quit and then having "just one", I had to stick with NOPE.  It worked!  Hopefully, this tip might help others.  Good luck to all..fight the good fight and WIN!
