Hi Duffis!   I remember you when we would all circle our wagons on here and fight off the demon!   I was quit 12 years this past january 2nd.   I used to have a quite meter and the dollar amount would blow your socks off after all these years.........  I feel like I never smoked these days.   I am so so glad I quit.   I have had heart problems and have a stent, but doc says I am doin great......and he credits a good deal of it to getting off the smokes.  He calls that my one redeeming factor since heart problems run in my family on both sides.  Stupid thing to ever have smoked huh?   I am sorry to hear that you are having any health problems, but rest assured none of us are immune to that as we get older.    Take care friend and keep up that quit.

I have been here going on 10 years now and I still love these parades. 3361 Days quit, 100,830 cigarettes not smoked and about 18 grand not spent on the killer nicotine. Folks I am now in my 80's and thought that I had escaped the ravages of smoking. Alas I did not. May be more on this later however, let us strut our stats no matter how big or even if it is just one day.......MARCH ON MY FRIENDS. Duffis
