Hi Carols,

Congratulation on 8 months quit!  Well Done!!!  Now just remain vigilant, as the Nicodemon has ways to sneak up on you.

I Choose to Be a Non-Smoker!!!!  N.O.P.E.   What a great expression.  Don't you just love all the Freedom which quitting brings?!

Stay as strong as you are!!!

Carol, congrats on 8 smoke free months!  Enjoy the spring season smoke free!  Your sense of smell will be alot different, so be sure to take time to smell the roses, the daffodils, and everything else out there!  Hope you planned a nice reward to celebrate 8 months!

Woooooo Hooooo for you!!!  I was wondering where you went!  I'm so glad that you were able to stop by and share your 6 month accomplishment with us so that we could join in the celebration!  I hope that you rewarded yourself well like I would have... like a 3-day weekend party!!!    Here's to your next 6 months of freedom and fresh air!!!

       Way to go!!

Hi Carol,
Congratulations on your 8 months of FREEDOM!  It's good to hear from people who have kicked that nico-demons ash as Jim likes to say! (Sorry Jim)
I wish you many more days, weeks, months and years of continued freedom. You're doing great.

Hi everyone!  I've been MIA from the boards but am a committed non smoker :)

Freedom tastes of Reality!!!! I'm Free!!!!
There have been some rocky patches and I still dream of smoking pretty often. But nothing I haven't been able to banish and move on with my smoke free life. Wow the air is so refreshing, I can walk so much faster because my breath doesn't get short, no more angst when I go into a movie or get on a plane. It sure is a wonderful life and I'm living it!!!!

I hope everyone is well and I want to thank you all again for helping me through those critical first couple of months!  This site has a great program and I used it to my advantage.  Keep up the good work and Keep The Quit!!!

Carol
