I might be late to this one. (We'll see what the date says when this post comes up.) But I will still march.

Oh, and forcemac, congrats on the gym membership. That was also one of my early rewards, and I have both used and enjoyed it immensely. Even though I tend to prefer outdoor exercise, I have used the gym for fitness classes (yoga), working out when the weather is bad, adding variety by using different machines, using the swimming pool and jacuzzi (...which reminds me, I think I do have some extra hours for sitting in hot bubbly water this week ). It just really helps to complete the overall fitness routine by providing choices that wouldn't otherwise be there. Plus, there's a cute guy working at the desk these days. ...It really is a gift to yourself that keeps on giving.
I'm extremely proud to march beside all my ex-smoking SSC buddies!
DAY 8!!!! No smokey treats for me. LoL this quit has been the easiest one yet. I'm just starting to feel really good...my body is still healing for sure...I am signing up for my gym membership this week...definitely really scared about that adventure I have never really worked out before..I'm going to get my butt kicked for sure...discount through work is only $25 a month
Next Sunday at 10am will be 2 weeks...damn right I will be marching next Monday.
