That first smoke free Christmas is now " in the bank ". Be proud of yourselves as we are of you. Now we know that we can do it. Excellent for us. breather

Honestly the last 4 days were miserable, spending them cooped up with my family, catching their awful sinus infections, and traveling which is the biggest trigger for me. But I made it without smoking, and tried to keep in mind how much "better" the holidays were without wondering how I could sneak cigarettes without anybody catching me or smelling it on me... (Oh, the "joys" of being a closet smoker.) Fortunately I am back home now and the stress levels can go down now that I am not obligated to spend time with my family for a few more months. Once I have caught up on my sleep I will reward myself. :)

First smoke free Christmas for me and it has gone fine . There was no way I am going to give up on this journey. To be honest it has been helped by the fact that I have bronchitis, this has made me so glad that I have stopped smoking otherwise this would have really been miserable Christmas because I would have wanted to smoke but could not. So in some ways this is a good reminder to some of the earlier stresses experienced as a smoker. Yes it's really good to be free. I am getting excited to think that I have almost done one year. This time last year I was in turmoil over smoking and now all that's behind me. N.O.P.E. Viv Xxx

Wishing everyone a happy and smoke free holiday. Tomorrow will mark my 5th Christmas Day as a former smoker. This trip just keeps getting better. I am glad to be associated with this great group of freedom fighters. Happy Holidays and Keep the Quit, Dave
