Thank you for your responses , today was much better. When i woke up i felt detatched still and like i wasnt thinking right . I forced myself to get up and go out . I've been staying at my moms house for 2 weeks now , but i made myself go to my house and shower. While i was there i talked to my roommate and ran a few errands , and now i feel pretty good. your responses got me through that rough spot though thank you very much . This site is a god send .

People with this disorder think one of 4 things.
1.they are dieing
2.they are having a heart attack
3.They are going crazy
4.They are going to faint
My personal issue is fear of going crazy, but actually, panic is the exact opposte of going crazy; you are so in touch and sensitive to reality that you panic. Crazy people do not fear going crazy, they live in a world of unreality, and cannot reach out for help, as you are doing by being on this site.
Are you in an abusive relationship (husband, boyfriend, boss) or anything that is causing all this stess? Best wishes, cathie
I'm new to the group . All of the books i have been reading and people i have been talking to only talk about short periods of feeling like your having a heart attack or stroke. Does anyone on here just feel weird or like they might be going crazy for long periods of time? (1 or 2 days ) . I have just uped my dose of prozak from 10 mgs too 20 mgs aday has anyone else experienced this? Any advise or help would be great .
