I totally agree you have to change your lifestyle for the better . I personally went out of my way to do more physical actvity I walk and swim more and even cut the neighbors lawn for them and take friends dogs for walks. I have saved so much money and am cough free - now when I see someone smoking it looks ridiculous !

I've lost count of what attempt I'm on to quit smoking, but after just 3 days, I was able to do a whole Spin class today without having to stop and gasp for air.    An excellent reminder to myself how good I feel when I'm not smoking.  I'm looking forward to a lot more physical activity without getting winded or light-headed.   I find this a great motivation.

Have you hit a milestone?
Did you reach a goal?
This is an amazing way to validate what you are trying to achieve on a daily basis.
