Thank you Vickers:-) I have to speak up -- that's my problem...I am afraid of confrontation, especially with my husband, as I feel that he will turn it around and place some sort of blame on me...I am not sure if he ever will understand what I do or how I feel -- I do hope that one day ot gets better...I think I may actually crawl back into bed:-) Thank you, B

I know how you feel Sotired! I've gotten kind of sarcastic with my husband over the years because I got tired of having to deal with this and him, too. He's gotten better over the years though. Finally!! To be honest, if my husband said something like that to me while I was laying down, I would come back with something like, "yeah I am going to lay here and if you have a problem with that then that's your problem and maybe that's something you need to work on." Is that rude? Maybe. I just am tired of anyone trying to make me feel guilty for having panic / anxiety and not being able to do everything all the time. When I was a kid it was my sisters, then it was my husband. Our feelings are valid and we deserve a little respect and understanding!! We can only do so much - even people without this can only do so much. So why do we have to feel guilty for having limits?! Don't feel guilty for being who you are! Speak up and be heard!

I know how you feel-- I would love to crawl back into bed....I was lying on the bed reading and my husband says, 'are you going to lay there all day?' I told him I was taking a break after all the laundry, dusting and ironing....do men see it? AAaaaahhhhh.....

Oh the fog! I hate the fog! :( I have fought that fog for so many years!! But, I have learned some tricks to get through it. First, make sure your curtains are open so you gets lots of sunshine and can see the world outside. Eat healthy things, even if it's just for that moment. Eating something healthy makes you feel a little bit stronger emotionally. If you can, go for a walk or clean the house like crazy - some kind of exercise to get the blood flowing. If you are sitting around watching tv because you feel too icky too care, try to watch things sunshiny and funny. I know it sounds silly but something like A Bug's Life or Major League or almost anything with Meg Ryan. Love stories are great - comedies are better. Just make sure it's a movie with a sunshiny, cheerful, summer background. Get out! Even for just a half an hour or something. Sit outside or go to a park or even just for a drive to nowhere. Do something that inspires you. Listen to music and dance with yourself. Take a bubble bath, paint a birdhouse or something, try to plan something like a birthday party or something (even if it's months away). Look through magazines and recipe books and find fun recipes and crafts to make the party fun. Even if you don't throw a party, planning one is a ton of fun! Take some time out away from everyone and just breathe. Relax, feel the wind in your face and know that God loves you. Find something to inspire you and make you excited about life again. It may take some time but I know there's something. Even if it takes some digging, there is something. You are stronger than you feel - I promise!!
