Day 14

Congratulations, Carols! I think I read somewhere that there is some type of peak in the psychological cravings in the middle of week 2. (Physical cravings often peak on Day 3, if I remember right.) So hopefully, you are over a significant hump.

I think I would be rewarding myself with a trip to a nice buffet or restaurant, but that's probably not such a healthy option.

Congrats! Love reading about your positive spirits today.

2 weeks is a big deal. The hardest part of withdrawals is over. How will you celebrate?

Wow the last day of Heck week, but it seems more like Hell week!  I breezed through the first week on an emotional high and now the reality of  withdrawal etc has been trying to put it mildly!!!  My Resolve is Strong, I am Undaunted.  I will Beat this Nicodemon!

Skipped exercise today, babying my thigh.  If I push now I will pay for weeks.  Have been out all day in the beautiful fresh air which always lifts my spirits.  Managed 6 hours of sleep last night in three 2 hour sessions.  But every little bit helps at this point no matter how disjointed.

Thanks for the hugs and support, you guys and gals are Great and I appreciate you being there and understanding just how awful this process can be.  I'm taking your word that it Will get Better

Meanwhile I'm Free, I Am Free!!!!

Need to find something special to do for tomorrow to celebrate the completion of week 2!

Carol
