Thanks guys and gals! It's primarily because of all of your support and words of wisdom that I've reached this milestone. I'm joining the parade again and this time on the right day. Even tough it's aholiday in Canada today, I'm actually working

but that's okay, the important thing is that I'm not smoking and I will not some today! Happy Canada Day!

A little late to join the Monday parade but I'm going to anyway. Just celebrated my 1 year on Saturday but competing in a 40 km. duathalon in 30 degree C heat! Wow couldn't have done that when I smoked. So I'm definitely not smoking today!
