I'm sure your husband loves you and maybe this is how your husband deals with your condition by walking out or going to bed because he can't handle it himself. I think it is very important that anybody who suffers with anxiety and is in a relationship, the other person who doesn't suffer with anxiety needs to understand about anxiety and how it affects there partner. Maybe try and take your husband with you to your doctor and get your doctor to explain to him about your condition(anxiety). Or do you have any support groups for people who suffer with anxiety where you are, try and get him to go with you to them. Fighting with each other will only add stress and stress is no good for you. Because this will only make you more anxious. Try and do your breathing excercises or take a relaxing bath.
