Yay Sparky ! Excellent for you. Wisdom , I think , is being able to see past today ( the immediate ) to the consequences of tomorrow. I sense in your posts a certain maturity this time that you can and will close the book on this smoking business once and for all. Reward and remember to be kind to yourself. Break the chains that bind you and be a slave no more. All the best. breather Don.

I now have three weeks.............21 days.  I have been here before but at that time I was trying to quit; this time I am a non-smoker.  Around this time I have in the past would give up.  I just don't want to have day one again.  So I am going to "Keep the Quit"

Keep the Quit
