A Simple Way to Feel Better Fast!

Bicycle riding has been a long time source of pleasure for me. I'm a joyrider who uses a Beach Cruiser, so no speed racing or marathon rides. I just like getting out for a few miles 2-3 times a week. I wish I did it a little more often, like 4-5 days/ week. But I seem to need some resting days.  I've also been doing yoga since July. I shoot for 2-3 yoga classes per week. (I have some flexibility, since I belong to a chain gym with many locations that offer yoga at different times.)

A simple way to feel better now?  EXERCISE!

We all know that being active is one of the most important things you can do for your health and well being. So why is it that so many of us are pretty much inactive? Maybe we're making physical activity harder then it has to be? What are some fun ways you like to be active? How can we make these activities a priority?

Let's discuss and help eachother be accountable!
