Really Bad Day

Hope you are feeling better. Low iron can really affect you. Iron keeps the body going and if you don't have it, it is not good!!! I have been a bit worn out myself lately. It is weird, us anxious people can't accept that we just don't feel well, we have to analyze! Take care.

Thanks Debbie! I forced myself to get up and do some housework and I'm feeling a little better. I also took a multivitamin with iron in it and that has also helped. I've been eating stuff with iron in it today also - following your advice. :) I'm still anxious but not as shaky and dizzy. Tired though. I don't know where you live, but I wanted to tell you that there is something going around out here that sounds just like what you are feeling today! A few people at work have had it and now my son has it, too. He is really tired, sore throat, had a fever for two days, achy and throwing up. He has had it for about three days now and is starting to feel a little better. He still has a sore throat and is still tired with a headache. But, the throwing up, fever and achy feeling is gone. Naturally, being a panicker, I keep thinking he has meningitis or some horrifying deadly thing - but I know that logically, it's a cold or the flu or something. A bunch of people around here have it. Hang in there! And thank you so much for your kind words, encouragement and advice!

Dear Vickers, I hope you are feeling better. I think your iron is low and of course Doctor's appts are always stress producing, I have to be dragged kicking and screaming to one! Do not feel bad because you were "not in the mood" when one feels nervous one cannot enjoy it so don't worry about that. I feel under the weather today too, I was very dizzy last night, my throat hurt, and I feel SO exhausted, this morning I had diareah {probably spelled wrong} when I feel bad physically emotional always follows, I have this feeling "of impending doom" or something, I am going to take a nap and she if that helps, my husband has been working long hours, is very cranky and tired and my little boy is bored to tears with school out, so I "feed off their anxiety" and worry about them! This will pass Vickers, I know when the anxiety starts it rolls and it will stop, please know their is nothing seriously wrong with you, you have low-iron and its causing the symptoms, get some rest and eat hearty, remember you will be fine, I need to follow my own advice today! Let me know how you are. GOd bless, Debbie.

I don't know what is wrong with me today! I've been doing fairly well lately as far as anxiety goes, but I am having such a hard time today! I don't know if it's because I'm worried about the anemia thing and the gynecology appointment next week or what the deal is. I just can't seem to stop being shaky and dizzy and just feeling anxious. I feel like all my logic has floated out the window! I even went to take a nap with my husband to see if maybe I was just tired. He was in the mood and I had the worst panic attack during it!! I felt like I was going to pass out! I got really dizzy and buzzy and got that unreal feeling. I didn't pass out but I felt like it! I know this is all in my thoughts and worries. I just can't seem to work it out today. Help?!
