Thank you for your support. Physically I feel better, I am able to take much deeper breaths without any pain or tightness. No wheezing! That's got to be good. A few things have happened in past few weeks, that had I still been smoking I would be very worried. The most notable difference is the reduction of stress related to smoking.
I have, however, had to seek medical advice for depression which has been linked to me taking Champix. Now I have an appointment to see a cardiologist next week.
I was told by my GP that sometimes this can cause problems with depression and the heart. So hopefully this is just to check!
Overall it can only get better.
No smoking for me today.
