Hey Jimbo! I've had this for about 12 years now and I've always had dizzy spells, lightheadedness, unreality feelings and get very tired. I think it comes from the fact that emotions take a toll on us physically and it wears us down. I found out yesterday that I have become anemic from an excessive menstrual problem I've been dealing with but because the symptoms of anemia (dizzy, tired, weak, etc....) are so close to what I've always been feeling with the panic / anxiety, I never thought there could be a physical aspect to it. Have you thought about getting your iron levels checked? It really stinks that so many of our panic symptoms are the same symptoms of actual physical problems! I always wonder how I will ever be able to tell if there's something really wrong or if it's just more panic symptoms. ARGH

I was wondering if anyone was tired most of the time. I have only been in counseling for one session and have not visited my Dr.. I am not on medication and my Dr's. appointment is'nt for another month. I am just tired of feeling tired and light headed all the time. I have not had a major attack in the past week. I have read the first lesson so far and am reluctant to start a diary till I find out if I have something else wrong with me. My therapist pretty much pointed me to panic attacks and on my research I came across this site. I sure do have all the classic symptoms. Funny how I even have a zone I have been keeping around my home for the past 13 years and before that I had another zone, never crossed my mind as odd.Thought it was just me being shy. I feel that the exhausttion may be from hiding my anxiety from my wife and family. I am lucky to have a great wife and the support she has shown me since I cracked about a week and a half ago. I need direction and feel the therapy at once a week is to far apart right now. I am having anxiety I think knowing I have anxiety. It was a releif at first. But now it is troublesome. I have never slept well so maybe that could be it. Really i guess I just don't know at this point what normal is suppose to feel like. Well anyways have i nice weekend. I know I will I have no place I have to go. Jimbo :)
