congrats! interesting tidbit of info, too. keep your head up and try to remind yourself that there is nothing worse going on with you than panic and anxiety. everyone in these message boards thinks there is something wrong with their heart, stomach, who knows what else. not just a coincidence.

hi folks thought i would let you know i got my results from cardiloigst today everything was fine i have worried all weekend for nothing.he said something very intresting to me i thought i would share.if you are still having your menstral cycle it is highly unlikley that you would suffer from any heart problems because the hormones keep your heart healthy, this was news to me. i just want to thankyou for your support last week when i was messed up.iam now certain that my panic attacks are caused by my hormones.i keep it under control for three weeks then the monster comes back. iam going to try hypnotherapy again as it did help me.my biggest fear is having a stroke,my cardilogist things it is all stress related, but the panic attacks make me stressed because i think i have something more wrong with me.
