Good for you, GG!!!!!  5 years and then some.  Can't wait to hit the 5 year mark myself.  This coming January!!!!  So great to be smoke free!

Hi Glasgow Guy. Thanks for stopping by! It really helps a great deal to hear from a veteran like you. I am nearing 2 years in my quit and I am beginning to feel the same way.
 
I will never smoke again but I am vigilant and feel like I am guarding my quit with my life.
 
Please try to stop by more often as I know we could all benefit from your experience and perspective.

Hey guys just thought would have a wee check in as not been on here in a while. well its been bout 5 years and 5 month know since i quit smoking took me many failed attempts bout 15 lol but finally got there and i would never smoke again . it gets so much better and easier as the quit goes on i never think bout smoking and people smoking no longer bothers me have not craved  a cig in years. hope you are all doing well in your quits take care all. x
