Cravings have arisen only about 1 out of every 3 days this month. Usually only 1 crave that goes away within less than a minute.

I still haven't figured out any patterns other than my cravings have decreased overall with time. But that pattern has been enough to keep me encouraged, especially in the first few months.

Have you used your craving diary?  This is a beneficial tool to help pinpoint areas that you can work on as well as recognize triggers and where they originate. Check your notes and observations for a clearer picture on what needs to be assessed and what achievements and goals you have reached.

What have you noticed using your Cravings Diary?
