Congratulations, Sly. It will continue to get easier. You have to stay in it long enough to see the miracle.

Nicely done, Sly!  Keep your focus and be sure to reward yourself.....Nothing quite as nice as fresh air from the porch swing.....You're well on your way!

Keep the Quit,

Hi Sly

You have listed some great reasons to quit smoking, and why it's so nice to be smoke free.  I didn't think I'd ever be able to sit out on my deck without a smoke in my hand.  It's so great just to step outside for a breath of fresh air. I enjoyed reading your positive post this morning.  Thanks.

I have learned I am stronger than I thought I was Mentally and Physically and that in is self feels Great.
I always thought I was quite healthy and strong for my age but since I have quit I can already feel a difference
in my well being.
I am aware again that some things smell Very good and some things smell Very bad.
I have learned I really do not need all the salt I have been using some things taste great without it.
I have learned the front porch is a wonderful place to breath freah air and read my book.
I have also learned there are very many Wonderfully supportive people out there willing to help us through our quits.
Thanks
N.O.P.E.

Congratulations Sly!

You are past the most difficult part of your quit.

What have you learned about yourself going through these difficult 50 days?
