Recording your cravings.

The cravings diary has been a valuable part of the program for me. Seeing the gradual decrease in cravings over time has helped me to maintain perspective with the minimal ones I'm feeling these days. I also have been able to notice what some of my triggers seem to be. I would highly recommend this tool.  I wish I had started using it even before I fully quit, so i would have better data now.

The cravings diary available through the program on this site allows you to record your mood, cravings level and observations. This valuable information enables you to identify triggers and track the effectiveness of your quit methods.

Members, have you made use of the cravings diary?  If so, how has it influenced your quit?  What have you learned about your habits?
