Sorry my friends, a minor slipped

1) Talk about perfect timing with the ex-wife! There are few better motivations than proving an ex wrong.
2)  I suspect that any physical withdrawal will be short and sweet, since there were only a few puffs involved. (In fact, it's probably out of your system already, as I write this.)  Don't give in to the urge to re-fuel and just keep on trucking.
3) If you "slip" again, I'd say it's a re-start. 'Course, only you can be the judge of your own progress.

Good morning  all

Life is not easy and even more now when we are tryinq to quit a habit that has been too long with us.

I had a minor slip ( 5 to six puffs tops) and my ex wife, well  I am really separated now,  saw me and honked me. Later on she came to my office and called a hypocrite.

I swear to God that I will not give her the pleasure of seeing me fail again.

Why did I slip? Bills to pay and I am taking all the burden of my kids’ expenses, and it's getting to me

I offer no apologies to no one but kids and myself and will keep trying to stay on course today

I also have decided not to reset my counter, just forget the puffs and don't look back, the future looks bright and am heading that way right now with all of you following me and following you

Thanks for trusting me in this journey
