I saw a nice round number on my stats.. 41, 500 nasty cancer sticks that I haven't smoked in the last 4 1/2 years!!

Guess it's time to get out of here and get home to reward myself with a nice cold one!!!

Hi all!

I reached the 50 day mark today, woohoo! I've saved $400 and have not smoked 757 nasty cancer sticks. I'm celebrating by taking the day off of work tomorrow and going to a winery with my mom and then out for lunch.

Feeling really strong and encouraged today. A good night's sleep sure makes a difference in mental attitude plus being able to excercise again! A definite NOPE today.

Wow, time sure is flying by. I can't believe I've made it to 48 days already. Starting to feel a bit better these past few days, I'm not spending as much time dwelling on my quit.
