Geesh I haven't done this in awhile, but I am happy to march along with you quitters. Where is everyone, this used to be filled to the brim with happy quitters. Since I have had surgery on my foot and have had to sit here for six weeks I have done a lot of thinking (and playing on my iPad) When I quit I found I had to keep busy all the time and have continued that way for the past seven years of my quit, but I realized the other day that I have sat here and not kept on the go as I usually do and I am fine, haven't even considered that I might need to smoke! To all the new quitters, it does get better,
