Well Samantha I can tell you one thing I'm very happy about. Last year at around thhis time I was starting to wean off the NRT. It was a painless process but I"m so happy to be over that. To no longer have the need for nicotine. I know that as an addict I must be vigilant but this site is great for that too. So I guess I'm grateful to you Samantha, you and all the other councellors and all the members here who share my plight.
