Hey Gina. If it works, go for it. I don't get panic attacks too much. Maybe a few a week. But when I start to get them, its seems like you get one after another. Then, eventually, they are gone all together for awhile. If you are walking around knowing you will not panic, it will help so much. Maybe eventually, you won't even need the medicine. Just feeling sure of yourself helps. I am glad you are doing so well.

That might work!! I think you will be less likely to fear a panic attack if you do that. It will put your mind at ease. Is it okay to take that much???
i am going to try something new.before i do it i would like some advice. FOR ONE WEEK I AM GOING TO TAKE HALF A XANAX EVERY 4 HOURS JUST SO MY BODY CAN GO ONE WEEK WITH OUT PAIC ATTACKS AND ANIEXTY. what does everybody think about that? i take a 0.5 but i always just take a half when i am already freaking out.what do you think about giving my body a rest?please respond!!! gina
