Wazz,

Great job using a support resource (your girlfriend, in this case) and on combining this with another coping strategy (twizzlers).

You have every reason to be proud of yourself for getting through the craving, keep it up!

Wazz!

Great work! Congratulations on getting through one week. You are officially through Hell Week the toughest week of quitting.  Not only that but you fought through a huge trigger for many. That takes a lot of strength; especially so early in your quit. This is a very, very big positive. Please acknowledge that and I hope you rewarded yourself.

How were you able to beat the cravings while driving?

How do you feel now that you got through it? What did you learn?

Hey Wazz!!!

Huge congratulations on getting HELL WEEK behind you!!!  We all know how tough it is, but do your best to make it easier!  Maintaining a great attitude about the quitting will go a long ways towards attaining your freedom!  Just crave that more than you the nicotine and you will do great!!!

          Way to go!!!

Hello Wazz Be proud of yourself. One week is a huge acheivement. Of course it's tough. I remember day 3 especially that really took the wind out of my sails. Tell yourself that I won't smoke today no matter what happens. Just keep putting off having that first one whether it's I won't smoke for an hour or five minutes at a time if need be. It's all phsycological now and how you deal with it makes a difference. Try not to entertain smoking thoughts and remember H.A.L.T. if things seem to be getting out of hand. Drown any craves with ice water. Every day finished not smoking is a day won now. We're rooting for you. Excellent for you. breather

Im proud to say that today is officially 1 week for me smoke free. It has been very very hard but
I somehow managed it and here I am. I think that everyday I was really tested to the extreme
with triggers. Driving is the hardest part for me and yesterday instead of just driving to work
a 1 hour drive I was asked to drive to a job site  another 1 1/2 hrs away for a total of 4 hrs
driving but I got threw it . Woohoo I made it 1 week
