I am 10 weeks along. I am getting more and more nervous though. I had a miscarriage at 11 weeks in Januaury and I am so worried it will happen again. I did have an ultrasound at 8 weeks and they found the heartbeat. My doctor said my chance of miscarrying after they find the heartbeat is low, about 2%. But the closer I get to 11 weeks, the more nervous I get. I have an appt. in a week and hopefully they find the heartbeat with the doppler. When is your due date? Mine is December 27th.

So far, I've been ok. No attacks as of now, but just anxiety in general (feeling tense alot, etc.) I sleep well and eat well and take good care of myself, just worry all the time. This is my first too and it's so many different emotions you're having all at once you know? Happy, stressed, worried, excited, scared...all that stuff. I guess most of that is normal with your first. I take a beta blocker for my heart b/c it tends to race and get out of whack when I have the "attacks". The thing i'm most worried about though is the delivery! But everyone says by that time you'll do anything to get that baby out and you'll be ready!!!!!!!!! How far along are you?

Hey!!! How are you? I have heard from many doctors that the anxiety won't hurt your baby. I am doing okay I guess. I was on zoloft but my doc wanted me off of it during atleast my 1st trimester. Ahhh! My biggest fear is that I will go into labor and have a panic attack. This is my first baby so I have no idea what to expect. I know that some docs start pregnant women on zoloft at the end of their pregnanct to prevent post partum depression/anxiety. I may consider that. I am more worried about how my panic will affect me after the baby. How are you doing with it? Feeling okay?
