hey guys just thought i would drop bye since ive not been on here in a good while .well am still of the ciggys and thats for good i cant even remember what its like to smoke and dont want to . think its coming up to 4 year now since i last smoked after many many attempts to quit i finaly done it and it feels good ...hope u are all good in your quits and it gets better as u go on good luck guys.
