Hi Mo: A few months ago (while I was very new to this anxiety thing & was a bit naive), I started taking "Herbal Nerve". I really really really wanted to go natural because I don't like medication. It contains a mixture of hops, skullcap & valerian root - all known to be soothing. Unfortunately, it made me worse. I was jittery all day - like a caffeine buzz. I was really hoping it would help! If you have better luck, let me know.

Hi there, I used to take valerian and it did help but you have to be careful because they can have complications with other meds, and should not be taken for long term use. (it worked for me) But I only used it temp, just to relax at bedtime. I hope that helps, you can get it at your local drug store. Christine

Does anyone take any pill that are all natural, like valerian, or anything like that? I was curious if they work. Thanks!
