Thanks everyone for your rplies. It does help when people reply and you realise your not alone. I guess I just find it hard to accept that i feel this way through strss!! I'm trying to be a more positive prson to try and make the symptoms less harmful to my everyday activities, but isn't it hard sometimes!!!! I am starting to think if there was anything wrong with me i would kknow by now cos i've felt like this for a week, but i just wish i didn't have it at all!! Anyway, thankyou so much for helpin me and i hope you all feel good soon, the way you have all helped me feel today.

I have a lot of the same symptoms when I'm feeling panicky or stressed, and it sounds like you've got a lot of stress going on right now. It would be a good idea to go to your doctor and explain your symptoms, and rule out anything physical, then discuss treatment options for anxiety. You might benefit from just deep breathing-breathing in and out slowly and concentrating on your breathing, or listening to a relaxing cd, or doing something you enjoy that takes your mind off the stresses in your life. I have found that exercising, even just taking a walk, makes me feel better. When I first start walking, sometimes I want to run back into the house and hide my head under a pillow, but I force myself to go on, and I feel better about myself after I get done walking. I also take an antidepressant/antianxiety medication. Good luck, and remember, you're not alone. I know exactly how you're feeling. And congrats on the wedding!

Slinky - Just chiming in to say I feel like you do quite often. I think it is so comforting when others post back and say they know how you feel. It make you feel a lot better and less fearful of MS or something neurological. I am currently seeing a neurologist for my "MS" symptoms (I put MS in quotes because it is all my idea, no doctor has come up with that possibility on their own yet) But when I started feeling funny in my legs, arms, right side, left side, vision issues, etc, I typed the symptoms into Google, and all I found were MS pages. Scared the **** out of me, set me into anxiety and panic mode, haven't been the same since. So anyhow... keep us updated. I had "shakey arms" this morning. Right when I woke up, without exerting myself at all! Scared the dickens out of me and ruined my day. AP

I never did make it to the shop. Its more my eyes and head that feel funny today. My eyes keep gpoing out of focus and they just feel so tired. My head just feels really smothered and awful. I feel really paniky today, not just anxious like i usually do, this is panic building up inside me. I can't believe i feel lke this, i can't stop thnkng that thee is something wrong with my head! I'm starting to get scared. Is this anxiety? It must be more, I feel so funny. I hate being like this why won't it go away, why does this happen to me!!!!!!!!!

This does sound a bit like it. I seem to be in a fog, but not like derealization, its not like that, i just can't concentrate on things and my eyes feel so tired. I've just finished uni for this year and I'm getting maried in a few months and moving away from home, so I think this is putting a lot of stress on me but i just don't like it when my legs feel all tired and shake, especially when I haven't done anything physical. I just hate feeling like i'm in a box all the time. Its like i know i've got to walk to the shop soon and I'm alrady worried about how i'm going to wlk. i just don't know why I'm so tired.

I know exactly what you're talking about. You said you walked with your legs stiff.Do they ever stiffen up on their own? My balance is so bad that I have fell a few times but I am always at home where I am not as careful with my balance.I have bruises from bumping into things.I have had all the blood work ,MRI and test by a Neurologist. When I first get up in the morning I am really bad.If I go to a store I have to get a buggy for support. I have actually been accused by a family member of taken to much medication. But sometimes like first thing in the morning I don't have anything in me .Does any of this sound like what you go through? It scares me also. Hope to hear from you soon,Carleen

I have no idea but I pray you feel better tonight. I sometimes feel that just taking a tylenol helps. I have been having some issues lately as well and I am trying hard to not focus on them as it seems to make them worse.

I feel funny this week. I can't really explain it but I feel off balance, and my legs feel really tired, but I don't know if its me holding them stiff when i walk, I seem to be OK when I'm outside, but ehrn I'm in a shop or something I feel really unsteady. I think this is anxiety but I'm worrid about MS or something, I just feel so tired and hazy in my head. Does anyone know what I mean, or might there be something wrong with me?
