Keiko, Thank you for sharing your story. Please feel free to roam the site at your own pace. If you look to the left of the screen under "TOOLS" you will find many supportive tests. These tests are not diagnostic tools and are not a replacement or substitute for a physicians advice. The purpose of these tests is to prepare you with information that you can present to your physician. When you're finished the test, you can either print your Final Report or email it directly to your doctor. This may better assess the situation. We also have developed a Panic Program. This program is 12-weeks and involves the tools mentioned above. Each session is based on the previous session, so we strongly advise that you work slowly through the program and not jump ahead. If you have any questions or concerns with our "TOOLS" you can contact our support department at support@paniccenter.net. Looking forward to hearing from you soon! gina this is my first time in this group. I just seen a t.v. show and i got on this site. About 2 years ago i started getting these wierd floaty feely type of attacks and then i started getting nervous and anxouis all the time. My mother who was sick with cancer was given 6 months to live. I went off work and took care of her till she passed away.I went back to work in feb. The doctor gave me ativan that helped I took it once a day. Mornings are my worst. two weeks ago i felt worse, more attacks, sad, anxious, crying all the time. So i went back to me doctor and he put me on zoloft this is my 11 day on it and I feel better. I was also scared to take meds, but I want to feel normal and get back to work. Ive taken the last 2 weeks off and am going back tuesday. I'm rambling on. I think this all stems from my mother death.I just thought I'd write to tell you this. I have had no side effects.I am 39 year old female, married with a little girl.

Gina I am so glad to hear this!!! It made me sing the James Brown song..."I feeeeel good.....just the way that I should!". I sure wish these good days were more than our bad days. I have had a YUCKY day and I am not even sure if it is anxiety or a stomach bug.
