lol.. i know willis, and that's just a fraction of the ones i actually smoked..and of what I won't in the future. Soooooo happy to be free of it all! What about you? Why are you glad you don't smoke? Oh sheesh! I sound like a mod..not that there's anything wrong with that

Hi jdoe, good idea
Some of the reasons I continue to be a nonsmoker:
I dont have to worry about my smoke-filled clothes affecting my grandson
I dont have to leave fun stuff to go have a smoke
I can hike much better
I have SOOOO much more money to spend on things I like
Plane rides are actually relaxing
It's just plain better. I'm happier

I jdoe, I also have many , many good reasons but I'll just give one here.

I really hated filling ashtray after ashtray after ashtray. There was no justifying what I was doing and the proof was in those never ending ashtrays.

I thought I would start this thread to strengthen my resolve to quit and stay quit. If anyone else would like to join in please do..

Here are some of my reasons to quit and stay quit.

1. So that I can breathe easier..

2. So that I can get rid of the tightness in my chest.

3. So that I can get my blood pressure down.

4. So that I can enjoy my life again without struggling to breathe and get around.

5. So that I can exercise with ease..

6. So that I don't have to smell like nasty cigarettes.

7. To get all of the nicotine out of my system so my arteries won't be constricted anymore...

8. To make it easier on my heart and to get more oxygen to my brain.

9. So that I can live my life to the fullest...

Well thats my list for now. I will be adding to it as more things come to mind...

Jdoe.....
