Dear Gina, How are you? I am concerned about you. You do NOT need to be commited don't even think about that! They do NOT commit people with panic disorder. I have had a very bad day too Gina, I know good days are coming for you. I am glad you are seeing your counselor. I think the Xanax is wearing off too quickly for you and you are getting "rebound anxiety" would your Doc consider Klonopin something that lasts longer? When I took a low-dose Paxil with a low-dose Klonopin, I got well! I know meds are not everything through. Your husband and daughter love you very much, please hang in there GIna, better days are ahead, I am here if you need to talk. God bless, Debbie.
