NancyB, so glad you see you jump back up on the horse! Figure out what caused you to smoke on Saturday, then update your quit plan so you are prepared if that situation arises again.
I messed up Saturday ... Just gave in. The funny thing is I'm actually starting to really hate smoking - not just because I'm disappointed in myself...but I truly realized I actually don't like smoking. I liked seeing myself as a non-smoker. I really regret giving in to the craving....starting the quit again!! My Mileage:
