Welcome back sfree!

Sorry to hear about your slip.  It sounds like you learned an important lesson though; there is no such thing as just one puff.  I am happy you came back here to let us help you through this.  Aside from coming here what else will you do that worked with your last quit?  Also, what will you be doing differently?

It's very good you came back so quickly--after just one month! Bravo! :) With guts like that I'm sure you'll do very well with this quit!

Hi, I'm back on the site for support.  I quit smoking for 1 1/2 yrs and started back smoking a month ago.  I was able to quit before with the help of this site and am back hoping to quit and stay quit again.  No reason for the relapse except that the nicodemon got me good this time and I gave in.  I thought I could just have one socially and before I knew it I was waking up to having a cup of coffee and a cigarette.   It scared me enough to say, nope I'm not doing this.  SO tomorrow I will start again and hopefully kick it for good this time.  Looking for support and I know I can find it here.
