Hey fellow quitters I'm hitting a major lifetime milestone today - turning 60! However, I'm feeling mighty good about it as everybody I know is complimenting me on how good I look for my age. My bride told me I look better at 60 than I did when I turned 50! I asked her why she thought that was and she said, "You quit smoking and are living a healthier and more active lifestyle." I would think she was just being nice if I had not gone to my Class of 1969 turns 60 birthday party last week and heard a number of classmates tell me how great I looked! There are some benefits to quitting we don't see until we're quit a while and others start pointing them out to us! If you're new stick with us! Life is for living today!
