Honesty is the best policy. You need to start slow and think about what you are writing and make sure you tell the truth and really express your feeling. This is a very therapeutic tool.

I feel a bit insecure about how to fill in the diary.
I do not know how to judge my anxiety level.
I am always anxious somehow and many times I am aware of that.
What if I fill in two for example?
If I do so it is because I do not feel that anxious compared to other days in the past.
But compared with a normal person my anxious thoughts are allways above medium. :confuse:
Can somebody give me some advice?
