Last Friday I cried in my bed for about 15 minutes before I got up. I really didn't want to face the day. I felt like a little kid trying to get out of school. But my husband made me get up, the kids came, and I was fine. As soon as you get to work, you will become occupied with stuff and forget about your anxiety. That happends to me 9 out of 10 times.
