Don't let this beat you Gina, Don't think about how you feel think about what you have to do at work today. If you stay at home all you will think about is how you feel, which will only make it worse. Least if youre at work you will be kept occupied and then before you know it the day will be gone.

Last Friday I cried in my bed for about 15 minutes before I got up. I really didn't want to face the day. I felt like a little kid trying to get out of school. But my husband made me get up, the kids came, and I was fine. As soon as you get to work, you will become occupied with stuff and forget about your anxiety. That happends to me 9 out of 10 times. Just try to go. Think of how proud of yourself you will be if you do go. Good Luck, remember, its FRIDAY!!!!
well its friday and all i have to do is work one more day and have the weekend off.but i dont want to go!!!!!!!!!i know if i dont go to work i will start never leaving the house.i am sitting with my palms sweating trying to get myself to go to work today.it shouldnt be like this i used to never had a problem going to work.whats wrong with me?????everything is getting worse i know i shouldnt be thinking like this but i cant help it.please make this go away!
