Hello gang :))
I have been away for some time.
I am glad to say that I am still smoke free and it does not cross my mind getting near a cigarette.
I feel as if I have never smoked.
I did it for 20 years. I found this old post I published years ago and it seemed to have helped some people. So I am bumping it to the top.
