Outlaw, I am with you partner.... iwas on elavil and old antidepressant and it gave me high liver enzymes so had to quit.. Before that it was Lexapro,it didn't like me either. Valium helps but I hate to take it unless I really have to. I don't know what to do other then go to Therapy which I enjoy. But was hoping to get back to being my oldself ... BUt it is true, Each day even with anxiety, or depersonalization or OCD or whatever is better then nothing at all at least I can be with the freinds and family God gave me. In the Bible it tell us to thank God for All things, who know why we have this but I guess God is preparing us for something special. I know it is a burden,but we can lay our burdens at Gods feet and have faith that he will get us through this. He can and he will. Peace be with you!

I dont get the deal here with medicine you got your xanax drugs that dont last long you build a tolerance etc.Than you have zoloft paxil lexapro meds.So people say these drugs somewhat cure them others like me cant handle the side effects.Or they just dont work for you.Therapy also works for people.
So i belive in my case there is a chemical imbalance linked into it all.Therapy alone wouldnt do the trick for me i have a chemical imbalance.Where does that leave us people who have major issues that effect our daily living.Medicine so far dosent seem to fast they have antidepressents tyre drugs with side effects but no anti anxiety drugs as such...why not have a drug that deals with our certain problem.i cant take living like this im a burden i want my life back by how do u get that through what,and how..Really im living off love,God,strong mind,and xanax thats it..
