Dear Grace, How are you feeling? I hope that chest pain has subsided, I heard of a condition that causes chest pain "condrocronditis" I am sure I am I did not spell that right, its inflamation of the chest muscule, I got it from lifting heavy bus pans when I waitressed years ago, it clears up on its own and its nothing bad or serious just some pulled chest muscle. I get chest pains from smoking or lifting, sometimes when I wear tight clothes also. I hope by the time you are reading this its gone I was concerned about you. Hugs and GOd bless, Debbie.

Ibuprofen is really good for muscle pain. I think it works better then tylenol.

Well, I slept okay, but I woke this morning and the pain is still there. Located mainley on the left side of my upper chest and it continues to be painful but I am thinking like chest wall pain or muscle pain. It is not spreading or crushing, it is just pain!!!!! I took a tylenol, lets see.....

Hope you are doing better now. Maybe you just pulled your muscle or something. When I first started watching the kids, my chest hurt from carrying the baby around. I thought it was chest pain but realized its from carrying 2o lbs around! I know how frustrating it is when you are doing so well and then have a bad day. But don't let it get you down or keep you from having a good day today.

I have gone a good almost 3 weeks without a panic attack. Anxiety, yet....panic, no. Until tonight. I had a normal dinner, nothing spicy. Actually, I ate pretty light. Sitting in front of my computer and got a pain up top in my chest. A painful pain. Not deep throb or burn but more like upper surface pain. Close to the skin. It caught me off guard and within a few moments I was sweating and nervous and upset. I took a long hot bath but it seemed like I was dwelling on it so much it would not go away. Popped 2 Xanax, and although I am not in a full panic mode now, i am still agitated and anxious feeling and wanting to go to the ER. You know that feeling, right??? where part of you is reasoning but the other part of you just wants to jump in the car and drive to the ER so they can tell you.
