I wake up every morning nauseous to the point where I can't move. My whole body is tense and it feels as if someone is sitting on my chest. When I finally get up, the only thing that helps is sitting in a hot shower and letting the heat and sound soothe me. This doesn't always help, but usually makes it so I can function.
Other times through out the day, I get very tense, agitated over the stupidest things, clench my teeth, have trouble breathing and need to think about my breathing... which only makes it worse, and worry about an accident that is going to end my life.
After effects:
Always tired... doesn't matter how much I sleep
Startle easily
Pain in shoulders and neck
Clumsy
