It has been ages since I logged in here.  My sister recently quit smoking and it has brought back all those quitting stories.

Quiting IS possible.  You simply do not light that next cigarette.  Easier said than done I know but soooo totally possible.  After 23 years and a life that revolved around cigarettes, I can honestly say I don't miss smoking.  What a horrible addiction to kick.  If smoking is your life, give it up and start living for real.

Every day you make it through without smoking is one day closing to never feeling the affects of withdrawal again.  It is a wonderful feeling to be smoke free.  Give it a shot!
