Let's List Our Symptoms...

My symptoms go like this: Floaty head & confusion Extreme muscle fatigue & ache & sometimes numbness Choking & laboured breathing Upset stomach and wretching That strange electrical current/fever-breaking rush that sometimes takes on an extreme burning sensation Sometimes dissociation and a terrible fear that the world is going nonsensical and a fear that I won't be able to communicate with another human ever again If my brain really gets fried (and luckily this doesn't happen very often)I'll go into a stupor where as much as i try to talk and move i can't sometimes for hours and the whole time I feel ridiculous and embarassed if a significant other is there to witness it.

I can't read or watch any thing sad or scary in till my emotions get recharged.

Yup, nauseous almost all the time.... Just started meds and I can't wait for them to kick in and hopefully settle my stomach... I have suffered from this for over 15 years.

My panic attacks are hard to pin point. It's like a constant feeling of extreme nausea, followed by sweaty palms and a lot of tension in the neck and shoulders. Also, I get intense pains in my lower abdomen, as though I have diharrea (sp). After: They tend to be right on top of each other lately but usually I feel very tired afterward. Vacant and disassociated even. I was wondering if anyone else feels a constant threat of vomitting? Even when the other symptoms are not present that is a mainstay. For me, this is the worst part. Cheers, Lolita

I wake up every morning nauseous to the point where I can't move. My whole body is tense and it feels as if someone is sitting on my chest. When I finally get up, the only thing that helps is sitting in a hot shower and letting the heat and sound soothe me. This doesn't always help, but usually makes it so I can function. Other times through out the day, I get very tense, agitated over the stupidest things, clench my teeth, have trouble breathing and need to think about my breathing... which only makes it worse, and worry about an accident that is going to end my life. After effects: Always tired... doesn't matter how much I sleep Startle easily Pain in shoulders and neck Clumsy

Hey, I have woke up with pressure in the chest and tight chest many times this month, but never pressure in the back (around the same area as the front chest), has anyone had this happen to them, I am full of gas for some reason, which I read somewhere people who are stressed swallow more and take down more air? Comments? Sam S
