Five years ago today, I smoked my last cigarette and I haven't had a single puff since!    SSCC was a HUGE help in bringing me to this point.  My most heartfelt thanks to SSCC, to all those who were clawing at their computer monitors and chewing on coffee stirrers with me, and to all those who encouraged my quit.

If you're newly quit, hang in there.  It really DOES get better!
