I just realized that I have been a quitter for nearly 1 year. I don't miss them and have never looked back. I am proud to be an ex smoker ! If I can be a quitter then so can you. Just take it 1 day at a time and the days get easier as you go, soon you will be at 1 year just like me and realize you probably made the most important health decision of your life.
