Aussie -- Crappy parties are like the poor; they will always be with us.  But health is fleeting.  It is, and will always be, your call.  What do you want?  A life tied to nicotene, or freedom?

well last night was my first night out since I quit and I must admit it was challenging. When I was getting ready to go out I started feeling like having a ciggie...I always used to blow dry my hair and stop half way for a ciggie break (hahaha...have long hair). Then driving there in the car with hubby I really felt like lighting up. Got grumpy when we were out but that might have more to do with the crappy party. Anyway, as hard as it was I'm super proud that I didn't light up despite being with mates that I always smoke with so kudos to me:)
