Hello Lil  It IS a big deal and you're doing it ! It's a good feeling when you can show yourself that you can do it. One day at a time , one second at a time or five minutes at a time we are accomplishing something that at one time we thought not possible. See yourself as a non smoker. Tell yourself that under no circumstance will I smoke today. Tell yourself that you are a winner today and be proud of yourself. Four days is amazing. Excellent for you. breather
