Sounds like we have a great group of new quitters!  I recommend that you all become quit buddies, and support each other through this quit!  Now all of us will be here cheering you on, but there is nothing like somebody with the same quit stats, going through the same stresses and situations!  Just remember that the Wright Brother's first airplane didn't fly.  They kept practicing and fine tuning until their plane until it took off!  Take the experiences from your past quits and fine tune this quit!  We're all rooting that this will be the final quit for each of you!

Hi Reiki: I tried quiting the spring and didn`t last past 3 weeks. I have learned some of my weaknesse and everyday i am trying to avoid them for now. I feel a little more ready and i feel too if not now, whenÉ and I hope it will carry me and you all. I am still just a baby but hopefully i will  learn.

Good Luck all

Reiki!

You can do this!  What did you learn from the last time? Write down your thoughts and use them to motivate you this time.

How would you feel if you told yourself this was your last quit and you knew it to be true?

Please share your thoughts.

Hi.

Keep trying!! ... This is not my first time around here either - I have tried at least three times before this. Everyone here is great though ... no one seems to mind how many times you bounce in and out, they are still here to support you regardless ... I suppose that's cos they all know how it feels ... having all been there at sometime or another!!  I'm gonna watch your stats move post those four days ... if I can do four days (and I am a real s**t quitter!) then you can do it too ... come on now ... you dont want beaten by a girl do you?????

Smoke-Free Days: 4
Cigarettes Not Smoked: 60
